The Drymega A range of hot air shelf dryers are customized to process requirements, which are dependent on the product, density, quantity, aseptic conditions, etc., using a standard model or configuration as a base. The equipment is supplied as a compact assembly, with easy access to all components and which can be installed to span two rooms, against the wall or free-standing.

The design of the equipment offers excellent performance for drying products and media in a pharmaceutical production setting:

Highly robust and reliable: A rectangular cross-section chamber with two hinged doors, constructed totally from AISI 316 stainless steel with 3 filtering stages in the inlet assembled from F7, G4 and H14 filters. The exit side of the chamber can have HEPA 99.99% (H14) filters that prevent particles from exiting as the air is renewed 100%.
Sanitary design: All the unit's components and pipelines (valves, heat exchangers, fans, filters, etc.) are supplied with quality certificates, in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards, and have been designed for a long operating life and easy maintenance.
Production performance and safety: The unit is equipped with steam or electrical elements to heat the load, dimensioned to offer an optimum balance of energy and cycle time. Pressure gauges provide notification of chamber overpressure and filter clogging. Temperature sensors enable process adjustment, control and recording.
Easy to operate: The standard control system is comprised of a PLC connected to a touch screen terminal. A 3-channel recorder and thermal printer complete the MicroSter control, supervision and recording system. As an option, it can be supplied with a SCADA system.
